We are inviting applications for our Class of 26 initiative

One of the core objectives of the Propertymark Trust is the promotion of and support for those seeking to obtain Propertymark Level 3 qualifications.

Educational grants for those unable to meet the financial cost of obtaining qualifications have been at the heart of The Trust’s activities.

As a continuation of our highly successful “Class of”  initiative, the Trust is delighted to announce that the next tranche of bursaries is being made available for those that apply before August 30th 2026

Feedback from earlier grant recipients has been excellent and there are a number that are now on their journeys to achieving a Level 3 qualification.

A strictly limited number of scholarship bursaries for up to 100% of the costs of learning materials, Propertymark membership and examination fees are again available and potential scholars are invited to apply for funding by completing the straightforward application form which includes a requirement to state why they want to obtain the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management.

More information and the application form can be found on the Propertymark Trust website here: Educational Grant Application Form

Chair of the Education Group at the Propertymark Trust, Michael Day said:  “We are delighted to be able to continue this fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.

Applications for scholarship bursaries must be received by the end of August 2026, the Trustees will conduct interviews during September and select those who are successful.
