Trustees & Ambassadors

Natalie started her property career in 2013, and has worked across sales, lettings and property management, in the private sector, social housing and within a charity environment. Most recently, she has stepped into purpose built student accommodation, overseeing a team of approximately 160 members, across twenty operational sites.

Natalie believes in servant leadership and is keen to ensure that her role is used to support others to thrive. As a trustee of The Propertymark Trust, she hopes to be able to spread recognition of the charity, increasing funds raised and the number of professionals who receive support.

Kim is the current President of Propertymark ARLA.

She has worked in the lettings and property management industry for over 25 years, starting her career as a Property Manager in 1999 and gaining experience across a range of roles over the years.

Today she is Group Director of Property Management at LRG, where she supports a national team responsible for around 70,000 tenancies across the UK. Throughout her career, Kim has been passionate about working with people, building strong relationships and helping teams deliver the best possible service to customers.

As a Trustee, Kim is pleased to bring her experience, leadership and people-focused approach to support the charity and its work in the community.

Kim lives in Berkshire with her husband and daughter and their Rottweiler, Howard. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, particularly weekend trips to the park and long walks with the dog.

Nicol has 18 years’ experience in the lettings industry, starting out as a property manager for a corporate agency, before moving to work for a housings association, followed by 6 ½ years as Lettings Manager at a student letting agency in Leicester.

After deciding she’d seen enough floordrobes and beer can modern art to last a lifetime, she became Lettings Manager for an independent estate and letting agency, being promoted to Associate Director within 7 months, and M.D. and co-owner, just over a year later.

In December 2024, seeking a better work/ life balance, (whilst her daughter was still young enough to want Mummy around!), Nicol sold the agency and became an Asset Manager for her former business partner, looking after their portfolio of properties.

Outside of work, she is a Governor at her daughter’s school, a Voluntary Director for Soft Touch Arts, and a theatre judge, for a local am-dram theatre (having developed a love for the arts through her mum at a young age).

Joining the Propertymark Trust as a trustee, gives Nicol the opportunity to combine two of her great passions in life, property and charity work.

Group Lettings Director for Andrews Property Group and a Past- President of ARLA Propertymark (the UK’s largest agent membership body with 18,000 members across the UK). Angharad has over a decade and a half of experience in the UK rental market managing tens of thousands of properties across the UK.

Angharad currently oversees a team of over 120 property professionals for one of the largest divisions of Andrews, which has 40 branches from Bath to Essex. When President of ARLA, she travelled the length and breadth of the UK meeting with Letting agents, and as a result has a wide and varied view of the industry.

Angharad is regularly quoted in both industry and national press, appearing in the Times, Independent, the BBC and local news stations. She is also the creator of the ‘women in property speakers’ list, a document that serves to highlight the abundance of female speakers in the property industry for both events, quotes and podcasts.

Michael is a well-known figure with over 50 years experience in the property industry. He says he started when he was three!

He is a Fellow of RICS and of Propertymark NAEA and ARLA and holds an MBA from Reading University. Having held Partner and Director positions in major estate agency groups, Michael founded Integra Property Services in 2003 and provides a range of business consulting, mentoring, training and marketing services. The business has won multiple awards at the ESTAS, Negotiator and EA Masters.

Michael has also held senior advisory and Director roles in several Proptech and conveyancing businesses and is a participatory member of the Home Buying & Selling Council.

Michael is a supporter of several charities and has raised significant funds and awareness for Diabetes UK, The NSPCC and many local good causes as well as The Propertymark Trust.

As well as his Trustee role with the Propertymark Trust, Michael is a Founder Member of the estate agency charitable foundation Agents Together and is a Governor at Harefield Academy School in West London.

In 2023 Michael was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Negotiator Awards.

Away from property, Michael is a singer songwriter with several songs available across all of the streaming channels. In 2025 he wrote and released a Christmas single, raising significant funds for both Diabetes UK and The Propertymark Trust. His album Prodigal Son is available in both digital and CD formats.

David Mintz has spent over 26 years in the Estate Agency industry, weathering the ups and downs of independent agencies in London and Manchester. His staunch commitment to the field positions him as an advocate for industry growth.

In the property realm, David is known for his podcasts, blending humor with industry insights, and for his contributions to panel discussions, showcasing his wealth of knowledge.

Outside work, David volunteers with local charities, aligning his passion for supporting causes with The Propertymark Trust, contributing to the industry’s future.

Megan Eighteen is a well known and highly respected property professional with over 16 years of industry experience. She is the Immediate President at ARLA Propertymark.

In her business career, Megan helps support Home Finders, an award winning Estate and Letting Agency based in Swindon, as Head of Development.

Renowned as an authoritative voice within the property industry, she is equally accessible to the public, engaging on TikTok to address key issues and anxieties surrounding the letting process from a tenant’s perspective.

As a trustee for the Propertymark Trust, Megan is delighted to support members of Propertymark, their colleagues, and families.

John has been a member of NAEA Propertymark since 1968. Having retired from a six branch practice in Kent he is now a freelance property consultant, assessor and verifier for NVQ’s in the property sector.

James Dolan brings over 25 years of experience in the property sector, having built his career within estate agency across both corporate and independent firms before going on to run his own agency. His extensive industry experience provides him with a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing property professionals today.

A strong advocate for developing future talent, James has been actively involved in estate agency apprenticeship programmes, supporting pathways that help people enter and build successful careers within the industry.

Today, James works within the PropTech sector, leading initiatives across training, education, and pre-sales that help property businesses adopt technology and improve performance. Alongside this, he manages a portfolio of investment properties, maintaining a close connection to the practical realities of the market.

As a Trustee for the Propertymark Trust, James is committed to supporting initiatives that raise awareness, provide opportunities, and strengthen professionalism across the property sector.

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, football, and spending time with his family.

Sarka Wilde is an experienced property professional with over 25 years in residential sales, lettings and agency leadership. She is the Founder and Director of Distinct Property Consultants, an award-winning independent estate agency serving North Oxfordshire, South Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds. Sarka combines deep sector expertise with a commitment to raising professional standards, delivering exceptional client service, and leading with resilience and integrity.

Alongside agency leadership, Sarka is a qualified coach and mentor, holding a Master’s degree in Coaching and Mentoring with Psychotherapeutic Dimensions. She is also a qualified Master Firewalking Instructor and Breathwork Practitioner, bringing a distinctive blend of commercial acumen and wellbeing advocacy to her work. She actively champions mental fitness, resilience and strong support networks within the property profession, recognising the significant pressures industry professionals face.

As a Regional Representative for Propertymark NAEA and an active member of Propertymark, Sarka is committed to advancing the Trust’s mission of providing financial assistance, wellbeing support and hope to property professionals and their families during challenging times. Her leadership experience, sector insight and dedication to purpose-driven impact position her as a strong and values-led advocate for the Trust.

Taj is a property professional of over 30 years and operated, a successful, independent estate and letting agency for over 15 years.

A qualified member of the NAEA and ARLA Propertymark, he brings extensive expertise in residential and commercial sales, lettings, and property management.

Has also featured on BBC’s Homes Under the Hammer and ITV, as well as local radio and press, Taj is known for his client-first approach and in-depth knowledge of the property market.

Ben started working in the property industry in 2004 in sales. In 2009 he took his first step into lettings and found a passion for the private rental sector.

Over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of the market, backed by a commitment to professionalism, best practice, and delivering high standards of service.

He is Lettings Director at JNP based in South Buckinghamshire (part of the AIG Group).

Ben has been a Propertymark member since 2011 and actively involved within the organisation since that time.

In 2025, he was elected Propertymark ARLA President Elect, a role that reflects his passion for supporting the industry, promoting compliance, and helping shape its future.

Ben is also also a proud ambassador for The Propertymark Trust, which he sees as a fantastic organisation providing vital support to people within the profession. Giving back and supporting those facing hardship is something he cares deeply about.

Toby began his career as a teacher before moving into lettings, where he worked his way through every agency role and went on to run a successful independent business. Known for blending industry expertise with creativity and humour, he has become a familiar face in the property sector through his training, keynotes, and social media presence.

He is now Chief Content Officer at We Are Unchained, a marketing consultancy for the property industry, where he helps businesses to stand out with smart strategy and distinctive storytelling. A popular speaker and trainer, Toby is passionate about raising standards and inspiring others to embrace new ideas.

As an Ambassador of The Propertymark Trust, Toby is proud to support the charity’s mission to transform lives and bring hope to those in crisis across the industry.

Mary-Lou is the Immediate Past President of Propertymark NAEA.

She has worked in the Property industry for almost 22 years, dealing in all aspects of the sector. She also runs her own business and with this has enjoyed her career to date to the fullest.

However, she says that this has also come with its challenges and stress when navigating how to work on how to overcome hurdles and challenges.

The property industry can be one of the toughest to endure and Mary-Lou recognises that eveyone faces conflicts and struggles which can be difficult and challenging.

That is why she sees it as a great honour to be an Ambassador for The Propertymark Trust, the charity for our people, a charity who can help Propertymark members when they need it. 

Richard has been successfully selling property for clients since 1986. He was NAVA Auctioneer of the Year runner up in 2010. He is passionate about auctions and was the President of Propertymark National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers in 2023-24. When not working he can be found walking his two Labradors; Ruby and Logan, watching cricket, sampling real ales and supporting Chelsea F.C.

Starting off as a junior within estate agency at a local independent company, Jasmyne has spent years refining her attention to detail, increasing knowledge across the independent agency world, and really learning the different roles across the business’. Jasmyne found that Property Management was her “bag” as it allowed her to build core relationships with Landlords/Tenants/Contractors (plus, she loves Legislation!). She now proudly sits as the Head of Property Management at Leaders Romans Group covering locations across Essex, surrounded by a fantastic network of support from her peers and team.

Jasmyne is honoured to serve as an ambassador for the trust, an organisation there to support its members. She has been inspired to contribute her time to champion the Trusts cause and is committed to raising awareness and support for their initiatives.

With over 30 years of global experience in diverse sectors, Simon has worked for major companies and founded startups like AffinityIQ and Blue & Green Tomorrow. He has held key leadership roles, such as Group Marketing Director for Countrywide Plc and Global Head of Marketing for Knight Frank LLP, and now leads unchained, a data-driven marketing consultancy.
