Five new Trustees have been appointed to the board of the Propertymark Trust after an intensive and robust recruitment process.
Two of the new appointments – James Dolan and Sarka Wilde had previously been Ambassadors for the Trust with Kim Lidbury, Nicol Nightingale and Natalie Giles also joining the team.
Sarka Wilde has over 25 years in residential sales, lettings and agency leadership and holds a Masters degree in coaching and mentorship. Sarka is the Propertymark NAEA Regional Executive for Berkshire and Oxfordshire. She is also a force of nature with an incredible record of charity fundraising to her name.
James Dolan also has over 25 years in the property industry and has been actively involved in estate agency apprenticeship programmes, supporting pathways that help people enter and build successful careers within the industry.
Kim Lidbury is the current President Elect of Propertymark ARLA. She continues the coincidental theme of having 25 years of experience in the property industry.
Nicol Nightingale has 18 years of experience including leadership roles in the property industry. Nicol is also a School Governor and a voluntary Director for the Soft Touch Arts charity.
Natalie Giles has 12 years of experience in the property industry in both the private, social and student housing sectors.
Existing Trustees, Michael Day, Megan Eighteen, John Oakley, Taj Gill, Angharad Trueman and David Mintz continue in their roles.
