Mike is a seasoned supplier in the property sector with a wealth of experience in sales, technology and helping supporting business growth and profile.

If you’re not catching him at an industry networking event or on some sort of webinar or podcast, you’ll probably find him on LinkedIn talking through life as a support structure for estate agents across the UK.

Mike has a passion for people, sport and just generally being quite northern.

Group Lettings Director for Andrews Property Group and Immediate Past- President of ARLA Propertymark (the UK’s largest agent membership body with 18,000 members across the UK). Angharad has over a decade and a half of experience in the UK rental market managing tens of thousands of properties across the UK.

Angharad currently oversees a team of over 120 property professionals for one of the largest divisions of Andrews, which has 40 branches from Bath to Essex. When President of ARLA, she travelled the length and breadth of the UK meeting with Letting agents, and as a result has a wide and varied view of the industry.

Angharad is regularly quoted in both industry and national press, appearing in the Times, Independent, the BBC and local news stations. She is also the creator of the ‘women in property speakers’ list, a document that serves to highlight the abundance of female speakers in the property industry for both events, quotes and podcasts.

Michael is a well-known figure with over 48 years in the property industry. He says he started when he was three! He is a Fellow of RICS and of Propertymark NAEA and ARLA and holds anMBA from Reading University. Having held Partner and Director positions in major estate agency groups, Michael founded Integra Property Services in 2003 and provides a range of business consulting, mentoring, training and marketing services. The business has won multiple Supplier awards at the ESTAS, Negotiator and EAMasters.

Michael is a supporter of several charities and has raised significant funds and awareness for Diabetes UK, The NSPCC and many local good causes.

As well as his Trustee role with the Propertymark Trust, Michael is a Founder Member of the estate agency charitable foundation Agents Together and is Chair of the Members at the QED Academy Trust which is responsible for the running of four academy schools.

In 2023 Michael was the recipient of theLifetime Achievement Award at the Negotiator Awards.

Toby began his career as a teacher before moving into lettings, where he worked his way through every agency role and went on to run a successful independent business. Known for blending industry expertise with creativity and humour, he has become a familiar face in the property sector through his training, keynotes, and social media presence.

He is now Chief Content Officer at We Are Unchained, a marketing consultancy for the property industry, where he helps businesses to stand out with smart strategy and distinctive storytelling. A popular speaker and trainer, Toby is passionate about raising standards and inspiring others to embrace new ideas.

As a trustee of The Propertymark Trust, Toby is proud to support the charity’s mission to transform lives and bring hope to those in crisis across the industry.

David Mintz has spent over 26 years in the Estate Agency industry, weathering the ups and downs of independent agencies in London and Manchester. His staunch commitment to the field positions him as an advocate for industry growth.

In the property realm, David is known for his podcasts, blending humor with industry insights, and for his contributions to panel discussions, showcasing his wealth of knowledge.

Outside work, David volunteers with local charities, aligning his passion for supporting causes with The Propertymark Trust, contributing to the industry’s future.

Megan Eighteen is a seasoned property professional with over 16 years of industry experience, currently serving as President at ARLA Propertymark. Renowned as a recognisable authority within the property industry, she is equally accessible to the public, engaging on TikTok to address key issues and anxieties surrounding the letting process from a tenant’s perspective.

John has been a member of NAEA Propertymark since 1968. Having retired from a six branch practice in Kent he is now a freelance property consultant, assessor and verifier for NVQ’s in the property sector.

I have been working in the Property industry for almost 22 years, dealing in all aspects of the sector, I also run my own business and with this I have enjoyed my career to the fullest however it also comes with its challenges and stress and navigating how to work on how to overcome hurdles and challenges. The property industry can be one of the toughest to endure and we all face conflicts and struggles which are difficult and challenging. That is why it is a great honour for me to be a Trustee for The Propertymark Trust, the charity for our people, a charity who can help Propertymark members when they need it. 

With a law degree, a deep affection for Cornwall, and 18 years of invaluable experience in lettings, Sophie stands as a seasoned professional in her field. Currently serving as a director at Lang Llewellyn & Co, she brings a blend of expertise and passion to her role.

Excited to represent the trust, Sophie is eager to utilise her caring and kind nature to provide assistance wherever needed. Her dedication to the profession and genuine enthusiasm for supporting others make her a valuable asset to the industry.

Richard hasbeen successfully selling property for clients since 1986. He was NAVAAuctioneer of the Year runner up in 2010. He is passionateabout auctions and is the current President of the National Association ofValuers and Auctioneers. When not working he can be found walkinghis two Labradors; Ruby and Logan, watching cricket, sampling real ales andsupporting Chelsea F.C.

Starting off as a junior within estate agency at a local independent company, Jasmyne has spent years refining her attention to detail, increasing knowledge across the independent agency world, and really learning the different roles across the business’. Jasmyne found that Property Management was her “bag” as it allowed her to build core relationships with Landlords/Tenants/Contractors (plus, she loves Legislation!). She now proudly sits as the Head of Property Management at Leaders Romans Group covering locations across Essex, surrounded by a fantastic network of support from her peers and team.

Jasmyne is honoured to serve as an ambassador for the trust, an organisation there to support its members. She has been inspired to contribute her time to champion the Trusts cause and committed to raising awareness and support for their initiatives.

With over 30 years of global experience in diverse sectors, Simon has worked for major companies and founded startups like AffinityIQ and Blue & Green Tomorrow. He has held key leadership roles, such as Group Marketing Director for Countrywide Plc and Global Head of Marketing for Knight Frank LLP, and now leads unchained, a data-driven marketing consultancy.
